At Kantor & Company we function as a salon and hair academy, recognizing that “great hair” relies on our stylists reaching their full potential as a hair designer and artist. Our academy is the key to making that happen through specialized consultation, client relation training, teamwork, and all the skills of styling, precision cutting, coloring, and texture treatments. THE ACADEMY

Kantor & Company Academy and Apprenticeship Program focuses on the art of hairstyling and specializes in consultation, client relations, and business building. This goes along with the skills of styling, precision cutting, coloring, texture treatments, and most importantly teamwork. Our unique one-year program gives you the real-life, practical experience required to learn the skills and artistry of hairstyle while also learning how to grow a clientele base.

MEET EILEEN

Kantor & Company is the brainchild and longtime dream of founder and master stylist Eileen Kantor. After 15 years in traditional salons, Eileen saw firsthand what works and what doesn't for a salon to be successful as everyone deserves a great cut. The team at Kantor & Company values compassion and kindness, leaving judgment, impatience, and the gender binary at the door. We love the variety of people that inhabit the Boulder community and we welcome anyone and everyone into our salon.
