CANCELLATION POLICY  

Any cancellation requires a minimum notice of 24 hours. 

Hairstylists are not paid a salary. They work on commission. Therefore when a person cancels at the last minute, the stylist is not able to make any money for the time period the appointment was scheduled for.  It is not considerate to them or the health of the salon. 

We will give grace the first time an appointment is canceled within 24 hours.  The second time the client will automatically be charged 50% of the service. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours thereafter will automatically be charged 100% of the total service cost. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not give notice, you will be charged 100% of the appointments total cost. You will be charged via the card we have on file. If there is an issue charging that card you will not be able to book another appointment until the appointment is paid for. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a percentage of the appointments cost.

After multiple no-shows, late arrivals, or appointments canceled within 24 hours you will be required to pay for your appointment in advance in order to book an appointment.
By making an appointment online you automatically agree to our policies.

 

 

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 10 to 15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate the entire length of your service. Please know that we will do our best to accommodate you, however rushing through services is a disservice to you and to other clients and in some instances you may be asked to reschedule your service.


 

ADJUSTMENT POLICY

You have 72 hours after your hair service to call and receive a free adjustment. All changes after that time frame are subject to a service charge.

SICK POLICY

In order to protect our staff and community from illness, anyone exhibiting signs of illness including but not limited to the following: sneezing, coughing, runny nose, and glassy eyes will kindly be asked to leave. We will accommodate your service on another day after you have recovered, at least 48 hours after exhibiting the above signs of illness. Thank you for understanding and doing your part to keep our community healthy

KINDNESS POLICY

At Kantor and Company we exist to provide a community where everyone feels cared for. That being said we believe in being kind to everyone regardless of age, race, sexual orientation, gender, and religion. Anyone who is not being kind to members of our staff or clientele will kindly be asked to leave.
